After installation, customers have a 7-days to return the installed item, excluding products marked as “No returnable products”.
If the product is still within the warranty period, customers can request repair for the same product or its parts. However, damages resulting from usage, incorrect DIY installation, accidents, improper cleaning, natural causes, or negligence will not be eligible for replacement or rectification. We reserve the right to decline refunds once confirmed by our inspection team to ensure fair assessment and resolution.
If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim Replacement / Credit note / Refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.

However, if the discrepancy goes beyond that, customers have the option to claim a replacement, credit note, or refund. To be eligible, you must inform us of the issue within 7 days of purchase, ensuring a prompt resolution to your satisfaction.
